Mango
The mango, a member of the cashew family is a native to India but is grown all over the world. The succulent fruit which is a fleshy drupe is somewhat kidney shaped or oval and can either be greenish, yellowish or reddish in color with a large flattened stone as the seed.
It is very rich in Pro-vitamin A, Vitamin C and E. Eating abundant amounts of mangoes
is good for skin dryness and preventive premature aging due to its rich content of Pro-vitamin A and Vitamins C and E.
The mango is also rich in fiber.
Avocado
The thought of an avocado always makes me go yummy, especially when I think of the delicious thick shakes and avocado cocktails. The very colorful, easy to eat fruit is the fruit known with the highest iron content of any fresh fruit. It also contains unsaturated fats and is very rich in Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. Looking at all this composition of an avocado, it is easy to know that it is a highly nutritional fruit that one should not miss the delights of devouring it.
When it comes to its medicinal properties, it is an anti-anemic because of its high content in iron. It also protects the digestive lining and acts as a tonic in addition to lowering blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Other foods that have hypolipidemic level like the avocado are beans, walnuts, sunflower seeds and yams.
Cherimoya
Cherimoyas are very unique fruits, not only because of their nutritional value but also because it is not easy to describe their flavor to one who has not experienced them.
It stands out for its sugar content (more than 21%) fructose and saccharose predominate. Protein and fat content in cherimoya is very low. It is also rich in B group Vitamins; B1 or thiamin, B2 / riboflavin and B6/ pyridoxine and niacin. Its richness in calcium, phosphorus, iron and potassium is outstanding.
Another very striking property of the cherimoya is its energy content which stands at 94calories per 100g of cherimoya. This provides a healthy energy natural food.
